Formulated Solutions Appoints Chief Human Resource Officer

Formulated Solutions has appointed Courtney Damon as Chief Human Resource Officer.
 

Courtney joins the company with 25 years of experience in driving talent strategy, including leading human resources organizations and serving as a strategic business partner. In her new role, Courtney will be responsible for developing and executing our human resource strategy in alignment with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Specifically, she will focus on employee retention, succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
 
Courtney began her career at Schneider Electric, where she held progressive Human Resources roles, including Training & Development and Program Management. Following Schneider Electric, Courtney served as the head of Human Resources at Wencor, an aerospace distribution, service, and PMA company, and at FXI, a comfort solution manufacturer. In both organizations, she developed and implemented talent strategies that directly contributed to business value. She also focused on creating a metric-focused HR organization and fostering an overall value-driven culture, emphasizing teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
